According to this study, Valencia and its metropolitan area is the second most profitable city in Europe for rental investment, only surpassed by Warsaw, Poland. In this way, Valencia is ahead not only of cities such as Madrid, Barcelona or Seville, but also of major European capitals such as Rome, London or Paris.

What does this mean exactly? In addition to the obvious, which is the magnificent profitability for those who wish to invest in housing and then allocate it to the rental market, there is also a second, very positive reading for those who are looking for housing for their own use, with no investment intentions. The aforementioned study shows that Valencia and its metropolitan area have a real estate market in which it is still more profitable to buy a home than to rent, or in other words, the monthly mortgage payment for a home is cheaper than what we would pay as monthly rent for the same home.

And if you want to take the step of finding your new home or looking for a new investment, find out at HogarAbitateverything we can offer you.

Japan is a source of exotic influences and inspirations in the food and fashion industry. Now the division of decoration is added as the richest and most present trend of the last years.

Simple lines and minimalism has been nurtured as an attraction for creatives, designers and decorators around the world. And it is not uncommon to find lines of simplicity of forms, light tones on the walls and bright spaces all marked by the Japanese or Nordic style with elements that are already part of many homes in any corner of Spain.

But what you may not know is the trend of Japanese interiors Kokedama style, a technique of growing plants with which you will get the green touch that your home needs and that often is relaxing and vital for the day to day.

Basically it is growing a plant on a circumference of moss and substrate without a physical pot. An old formula that has to do with the cultivation of bonsais, although with less care. With the possibility of being able to place it in any corner of your house, from the ceiling to a table as a decorative element.

In the easiest way acquiring a peat as a clay substrate, mixed with water to shape it, once you have it is a matter of making a hole in it and planting a plant. Once planted, it should be covered with moss and netting. After this process you can place it anywhere in your home.

A decoration that will not go unnoticed because it is 100% natural.
