Moreover, we obtained the desired price without the endless discussions that usually occur on these occasions.Then, when signing the pre-contract, because our Spanish is very basic, we benefited from the services of Solenn, a lovely, kind and helpful young lady, who in perfect English, patiently explained to us every point of this act, and in addition answered us professionally to every question we asked. I must add something important perhaps for some people. Solenn speaks perfect Spanish, English and French...Then, until the signing of the final sales-purchase contract, Eva took care of all the aspects that arise in this type of situation. From the constant contact with the agency, to the change of utilities - water, electricity, etc. - in the buyer's name, Eva dealt quickly and calmly until everything was resolved.Last but not least, the notary proposed by the agency was one of the best. Things went quickly and without delays, and here we benefited from the services of a translator who answered any questions we had.I give it 5 stars because I can't give more!Once again, thanks to everyone from this agency who professionally handled the sale of our apartment!

At the beginning of this year, for personal and family reasons, we decided to sell our apartment in Cartagena, Islas menores, Eva from HogarAbitat estate agency was the person who contacted me from the beginning, very friendly, very helpful, very frontal, honest and professional, more present , even if on the phone, then other agencies that I contacted in person, one of them I saw the person on the day of signing the representation contract and spoke to her on the phone to say that the apartment was sold, returning to HogarAbitat, they were always in contact, trying to help with the entire process, asking for the necessary papers, giving instructions that were necessary, one day they said there was someone who had paid €1000 to start negotiations and that was the person who purchased my beloved apartment on October 10th. I redecorated everything in that flat, all brand new, or almost new, it was to be my house in my retirement, unfortunately it couldn't be, on the day of the deed I was always in contact with Eva, very helpful, during the deed I told to the buyer that I had paid the service charges until the end of the year (we were on 10/10/2023) that this included water consumption too, but that electricity had to be registered in their name, I was asked by the buyer for my telephone number but I never received the number of one of them , days later I received the invoice from Iberdrola, already a few days after the deeds day that they were from the buyer's responsibility, I paid and informed HogarAbitat as there was no way for me to contact the buyer, Eva told me that they would contact her, weeks later a new invoice from Iberdrola for me to pay in November, I asked Eva (HogarAbitat) for the buyer's response and was told they had nothing to tell me, at that time I decided to have the electricity meter removed as it was the only option offered by Iberdrola, if the buyer did not request the change, I asked HogarAbitat the buyer's contact details as I wanted to request a refund of my money and then I was told that the buyer would send the money paid by me to my account, I provided my bank details and that was done, but all this to say that HogarAbitat (Eva) was always present and easy to contact even after the sale was done.
